Spiritual Philosophy

The Spiritual Philosophy Behind Ray Healing

Everything I offer through Ray Healing is inspired by a spiritual philosophy rooted in Theosophy and the wisdom of the Ascended Masters and the Seven Rays of Light.

  • Theos = God or Divine

  • Sophia = Wisdom

So Theosophy literally means "Divine Wisdom" or "Wisdom of God."

These teachings provide the foundation for my understanding of healing, consciousness, and the evolution of the soul. They have deeply influenced my personal journey and continue to guide the work I share with others.

What is Theosophy?

Theosophy is a spiritual philosophy that explores the timeless wisdom found across the world's great spiritual traditions. It teaches that every soul is on a journey of growth, learning, and awakening, gradually remembering its true divine nature.

Central to Theosophy is the understanding that humanity is evolving in consciousness, and that throughout history enlightened beings have assisted this evolution by sharing wisdom, compassion, and spiritual guidance.

Who Are the Ascended Masters?

Within Theosophical and related esoteric traditions, the Ascended Masters are understood to be spiritually enlightened beings who once lived human lives on Earth.

Through many lifetimes of spiritual development, they are believed to have mastered the lessons of earthly existence, transcended the cycle of karma and reincarnation, and now serve humanity from higher states of consciousness.

Because they experienced the human journey themselves, they are regarded as compassionate spiritual teachers who inspire humanity toward greater love, wisdom, healing, and service.

A Brief History

The concept of the Ascended Masters was introduced through the Theosophical movement in the late nineteenth century, particularly through the writings of Helena Petrovna Blavatsky. During the twentieth century, these teachings continued to develop through several spiritual schools, including the "I AM" Activity and later esoteric traditions.

Today, many people around the world draw inspiration from these teachings as part of their personal spiritual practice.

The Masters

Different traditions recognize different Masters, but some of the most widely known include:

Jesus (Jeshua)
Embodies unconditional love, forgiveness, compassion, and divine guidance.

Gautama Buddha
Represents inner peace, enlightenment, mindfulness, and awakening.

Saint Germain
Associated with spiritual transformation, alchemy, freedom, and the Violet Flame.

Kuan Yin
The Bodhisattva of compassion, mercy, forgiveness, and unconditional love.

El Morya
Represents divine will, courage, leadership, strength, and faith.

They possess virtues and qualities which the human being should aspire to embody.

The Seven Rays of Light

An important aspect of my work is the understanding and working with the Seven Rays of Light.

According to these teachings, each Ray expresses a unique divine quality or frequency of consciousness—such as love, wisdom, healing, truth, devotion, peace, and transformation. Together, the Seven Rays represent different pathways through which the soul evolves and expresses its highest potential.

These Rays are not viewed as separate from us but as universal spiritual qualities that we can consciously cultivate in our lives.

How This Influences My Work

The teachings of Theosophy, the Ascended Masters, and the Seven Rays of Light form the philosophical and spiritual foundation of the Ray Healing Method™. Yet my connection with these teachings is not only philosophical—it emerged through my own spiritual awakening and direct personal experiences with the Rays.

A significant turning point in my journey came after completing a seven-day Violet Flame meditation practice. In the period that followed, I began experiencing profound inner visions and a heightened sensitivity to light and energy. During one of these experiences, I saw a rainbow of light emerging from my heart, accompanied by a deep inner knowing that I am a Rainbow Child.

Since then, the Seven Rays have become a living presence within my spiritual practice. Throughout my day, I often perceive sparks and flashes of different colours around me and in the energetic fields surrounding others. These experiences have deepened my relationship with the Rays and my understanding of how I personally connect with their qualities and frequencies.

The practice of the “I AM” affirmations has also become an important part of this connection. When I invoke the “I AM” presence and work with these affirmations, I experience an immediate shift within myself—a sense of well-being, alignment, and connection that seems to move through my entire being.

Over time, these experiences, together with my studies and healing practice, became woven into the development of the Ray Healing Method™. The Seven Rays are not simply a concept I teach; they are at the heart of my own spiritual path and the way I understand and experience healing—as a journey of clearing, awakening, remembrance, and returning to the light within.

The “I AM” Presence

Within the spiritual teachings that influence the Ray Healing Method™, the words “I AM” hold a sacred significance.

The I AM Presence refers to the Divine Presence within each individual—the eternal spark of the Divine that resides within us. It represents our connection with our Higher Self and with the Divine Source.

From this perspective, the words “I AM” are more than the beginning of an affirmation. They are a declaration of being. What we consciously place after the words “I AM” becomes an expression of the qualities we are choosing to recognize, awaken, and embody within ourselves.

When we affirm:

I AM Love.
I AM Light.
I AM Peace.
I AM Abundance.
I AM Divine Wisdom.

We are not simply asking for these qualities to come to us from somewhere outside of ourselves. We are recognizing their presence within us and consciously choosing to align with and embody them.

Through the practice of “I AM” affirmations, we direct our consciousness toward a particular quality or state of being. Rather than saying “I want love,” or I am loving,” we affirm “I AM Love.” Rather than seeking the Light and saying “I am a being of light,” we affirm “I AM Light.” We take it further; we say the words of Ascended Master Jesus: “ I AM the light of my world”

This is the power of the “I AM”: the remembrance of the Divine Presence within and the conscious choice to become an embodiment of the qualities we wish to experience and express in our lives.

The Path of Illumination

The spiritual foundation of the Ray Healing Method™ is inspired by the timeless wisdom of Theosophy, the Ascended Masters, and the Seven Rays of Light.

To me, this is not simply a philosophy—it is a Path of Illumination.

It is a path of awakening to our true nature, remembering the Divine Presence within, and consciously participating in the evolution of the soul.

The Ascended Masters are beings who walked the human journey before us. Through many lifetimes of learning, service, and spiritual mastery, they attained higher states of consciousness and continue to inspire and guide humanity in its spiritual evolution.

The Seven Rays of Light represent Divine qualities that guide us along this journey of illumination, helping us cultivate and embody wisdom, love, strength, healing, truth, devotion, peace, and transformation.

These teachings have profoundly shaped my own spiritual path and continue to inspire the way I live, serve, and facilitate healing. They remind us that every challenge can become an opportunity for growth, every experience can carry a lesson, and every soul holds within it the light of its own Divine potential.

When we consciously choose to walk this spiritual path, we choose to follow in the footsteps of the Masters who walked before us. We commit ourselves to our own awakening, growth, and spiritual evolution.

The Path of Illumination is a journey—a gradual awakening of consciousness and remembrance of the Divine within. As we continue to learn, heal, evolve, and embody more of our own Light, illumination becomes not simply something we seek, but something we progressively become.
